Steady as she goes

Well, I did it. I stepped on the scale this morning.

141.9 lbs

While I HATE seeing that number, I am relieved because it hasn't moved up. I was sure I would be so much more than that since I haven't been working out at ALL this week.

spent more money on my quest to be thin - Michael Thurmond's 6 Week Body Makeover. And new hydroxycut flavor packets (you add them to a bottle of water).

I did the "blueprinting" for the 6 week makeover thing. I am a body type C. I have a diet plan.
It's pretty much a low carb, low calorie plan. Something I could have made up on my own, lol.

The Mixed Berry Hydroxycut water stuff. It's...ok. I like the slimquick packets MUCH more, they taste better. This one is just very strong. But we'll see what it does! Supposed to be the same as a serving of the Hydroxycut pills, just in a drinkable form.

I want to work out tonight. And this weekend. And get back into a really rock solid routine of it.

Haven't weighed myself in about a week. Last time I did I was 142. I haven't worked out in about a week. have been eating like crap. I am scared to death to step on that scale.

Monday it all starts new. I'm hoping I have the motivation to do something better for myself before then, but if not, well, I can't get much worse than I am now, lol.

I cannot wait for this week to be over.

Glutton

I hate being an emotional eater. I try and try not to let my stress and depression get to me enough to where I start eating, but I do. It's a freaking horrible cycle. It's killing any progress that I have made.

I need something to make me not hungry AT ALL. Maybe that will help me to not reach for food when the going gets tough.

What have I eaten today?
- glass of light chocolate soy milk
- bottle of water with a slim quick packet
- hoodia pill
- fiber one bar

Not bad, but the day has just begun...

I'm tired of being fat.

Slump

Why is it that on the days that I do the best eating and workout wise, I feel the worst about my body?

It never ends, I tell you.

On a positive (??) note, I bought those Slim Shot things. Wow. I felt SICK it made me feel so full! This could be one of the best things I have ever impulsively bought!

Ouchie

As much as I hate migraines, I love how they kill my appetite.

I'm going to get a weight/strength workout in today, build a little lean muscle to help boost my metabolism. After that, some pilates to tone my core/legs and get a good stretch in.

Think thin, think lean, think strong.

Hungry :(

Today is one of those days where no matter what I do, I am always feeling hungry.

Anyone else have days like that? Normally one of those slim quick packets takes the edge off, but that isn't even working. I have to stay strong today.

I need to find something that I can use to really kill off my appetite!

Hope everyone is doing well today, let's help each other get through today!

Just one more day

Same old, same old.

Eating has been ok. Have been getting a workout in every day.
not sure if I have lost anything, I am a little afraid to get on the scale to find out since the scale never makes me happy.

I'm trying to figure out the best time to weigh myself to get the most accurate reading - normally I do it in the morning after using the bathroom, but have heard that this isn't good since you could still be retaining water. But if I wait until later in the day, I have eaten (most likely) and that will affect the weight as well, right?

*sigh*

I talked to my hubby over the weekend about wanting to loose weight and really get back on my no carb diet.

I cannot BELIEVE what he said! "If you want to loose weight, you should have a piece of fruit for breakfast. then another for lunch. Then something with protein for dinner, and that's all"

He is essentially ENCOURAGING me to restrict!

I have a feeling that if I go too restrict-crazy he will not be happy and try to get me to eat more, but hey, take advantage of what I can! Yesterday I had a peach for breakfast. A banana for lunch. Some salmon and a yoo hoo for dinner. Some soy crisps for a late snack. All in all...maybe 500 calories? yay!

I am planning on a nice long hour's worth of cardio when I get home today.

Yay!
